Hotcakes And A Movie
Fear Factory – “Timelessness”
Callie and Paul picked us up last night around 10-ish and we headed to the 24-hour hotcake house on the East side. There were a TON of us there – Callie’s roommates and friends from student housing and us and it was crazy. We played Meatloaf, Quiet Riot and Nightranger on the jukebox and ate way too much food at way too late in the night.
Callie’s friend Clint came with us to Paul’s for Movie Night, and we all watched “What The Bleep Do We Know?” which, if you haven’t seen it or heard of it, it’s worth your time. I will say that it sort of reminded me of a NOVA special or something, but it was FANTASTIC. It really makes you think about some deep stuff. It was also filmed in Portland, so I recognized a ton of places. Also, it had pretty graphics.
The boys compared belts, which I think left Clint feeling a bit insecure.
We stayed the night there and then came back in the morning to go Christmas shopping. We got lots of cool stuff for people.
I’m now trying to convince myself to work on my science presentation for Tuesday. :sarc:

What the Bleep Do We Know – Now that’s a bleeping good title. That photo of them comparing belts was just a trigger for impure thoughts. It looks like they were readying themselves for a threesome. Or maybe I’ll just really corrupted and should seek medical attention.
