I Love The Mail
Fear Factory – “Supernova”
Today is my dad’s birthday. He turns 44. I have young parents, I know. I tried calling him on my mom’s cell phone and they were at a high school football game, so it was incredibly loud. We were winning 14-0 though, so that’s cool.
Best thing ever: Getting a letter in the mail from your property management company telling you that you can have not only the $100 off of rent they originally offered, and not only the $125 you suggested, but a grand total of TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS off of rent each month. Daniel and I will be paying $325 total, which means roughly $163 each. We may open a joint savings account in the near future.
I’m having awful problems with my internship. They basically don’t give me anything to do and don’t reply to my emails in a timely enough manner to make me think they value my time, and I don’t think I’m going to be able to make the 90 hour requirement even though I’ve been working there since August. I talked to my internship teacher about it though, and we’re going to have an intervention. She’s going to call them on Monday and make sure they understand that they need to give me things to work on. So yay, hopefully that’ll get worked out.
In other news, I got the best gummy bears EVER today at our local Food Front Co-Op store. They’re all natural fruit flavors and they’re covered in sugar and they’re TO DIE FOR. Perfect squishiness and everything. I feel like I should photograph them.
So I did. They taste even better than they look.

I wanna suck your bear.
Is that dirty?
Only if the bear is dirty.
Mine isn’t.
