Headache

:note: Clock DVA – “Voice Recognition Test”

I have a headache. It’s impossible to concentrate on doing a frame-by-frame animation of a piece of toast when your brain is trying to punch its way through your skull. I didn’t get much done today in my animation class. I got some Excedrin from Ben H. (as he is a very nice person who is always prepared for anything) but I don’t know if it’s working much. Blah.

How would everybody (you know, all three of you who visit regularly ) feel about a new layout? I found a site that totally inspired me… I don’t know what’ll come out of it and it probably won’t be for a while yet, but I’m thinking about it. I’ve had this layout up since, um, last fall. Like, September-ish sort of last fall. I feel like I should change. What I’ll probably do is leave this as a “skin” for the site (did you know the site is skinned? You can change the layout if you want, just go here and pick one out. I only ever use this one, with the stripey background.) so if you don’t like the new one you don’t have to live with it. I am particularly fond of this one though. I dunno. Oh, I just remembered, the journal will still keep this same layout if you choose one of the other skins because it’s just coded that way. Just FYI.

I mentioned animating toast earlier; I’m making a presentation on “how to make toast.” We basically just have to “teach” the class something, and it can be something as easy as boiling water or making ice if we want. I’m doing toast. I have a kickass toaster drawn. I’ll show it to you when I’m done (which will be on or before next Tuesday) because I don’t want to spoil it. I’m a huge fan. I’m not usually this excited about projects I make, but I think this one’s good. I like drawing in Flash.

Speaking of being excited, I got an A on a project in Type II! :D It was the one where we had to take pictures of things on the TV and then make it into a Plazm magazine cover. The following image is a very scaled down version, the original is something like 10×14 inches. The image is from the movie Natural Born Killers, and the word Plazm was cut out of letters from the word “green.” The P was originally an R, the L was an E, and the A, Z, and M were all made from an N. I liked mine a lot.

That is all for now. I’m sorry I’m so very boring. :dork: I should go somewhere or do something so I’ll have interesting things to write about. Hehehe.
