I know you read my entry about Weight Watchers, but I still totally recommend it! I haven't weighed myself since my last meeting (the 1.4lb loss) and Chaz tells me he thinks I've lost more. I may have!

I haven't exercised much, LOL, but I just got this really fun workout video from my last meeting (you can buy all kinds of stuff there) and I tried the cardio part today and it was FUN! That's weird for me to say because I never really find that stuff fun. XD It was a 20min workout and it actually felt like 10min or less! Was very cool. :D

You can still eat whatever you want on WW, as long as it all adds up to your daily points (and your weekly points allowance if you dip into it). I just like how I'm learning about portions and getting lots of great tips on eating better, cooking, etc! I have a couple more meals I've created that I need to post up on mah site that are low point values but still filling and DELISH! :D

Like you said on mah blog...you, me and Cristina are ON A MISSION!!! We'll so do it too!!! :D Whatever you end up doing, I'll be there to totally support you. :D</description>
