Shopping and Photo Mishaps
I got a new shirt yesterday! It’s a really thin, button-up shirt with really narrow pink and cream and green vertical stripes. I’ve finally come to terms with the fact that I am a closet prep. I love that “button-up-shirt-under-a-sweater” look and I long to own clothes that actually flatter me. So me buying that shirt yesterday was a step forward to the realm of nice-clothes-osity.
In other news, my photography project is… well… it’s coming along. The camera I borrowed from The Cage at the school took webcam quality pictures even though it claimed it was a 5.0 megapixel camera. I think the sticker was lying. My PDA could have taken comparable pictures. I ended up borrowing Callie’s Nikon CoolPix 2500 in order to get decent photos for this project. I’m not sure how many megapixels her camera is, but it sure as hell took way better pictures than whatever I got from school. I’m guessing the school camera was on some sort of weird “crap” setting or something that I didn’t realize until later, but I still expected more from it.
I’m off to write my autobiography, I guess. Wish me luck.
