Long Train Ride
the Beatles – “While My Guitar Gently Weeps”
Our train was about two hours late, so we didn’t really even leave until 1:45am or so. I slept a lot, but it didn’t seem to help because I took a huge nap this afternoon. When we got into Portland, we took a taxi from the train station to our house, and neither one of us has ever been in a taxi before, but it went okay. I was nervous.
My camera is supposed to show up tomorrow, so I’m super excited.
Daniel and I are going to go to dinner with Holly in a moment. Her dad lives in Thailand, and last report was that he was missing so we were sorta freaked out. Daniel talked to her today and apparently her dad is okay! Hurray!
