Avantasia – “Chalice of Agony”

Thank you to “anonymous” for the comment on my last entry. I’m going to take a stab in the dark and say it was Jenn from k-m-k, because she very recently mentioned commenting on people’s sites where she normally lurks. However, guessing from the “jorb” instead of “job,” which is a deliberate and obvious reference to Coach Z from Homestar Runner, it may have been Callie. I really don’t know. Thanks anyway, though. I appreciate it. You’re #6.

I’ve spent the majority of the day today reading the Lemony Snicket books. They’re horribly depressing, but they really make you want to continue reading to see if ANYTHING fortunate ever happens to the Baudelaire orphans. :thinking: There’s 11 books out right now (Daniel got them for me for Christmas) and just today I finished reading the 11th one. I have no idea when the 12th one will be out, but I await it anxiously. Not anywhere near as anxiously as the 6th Harry Potter book, but anxiously.

I need to do laundry. Daniel’s going to do some when he gets home from work, which should be around 8:37pm or so, so maybe I should get it done before he gets home. Or I could just do it tomorrow. As long as I have clothes for school on Monday. *sigh* I’m not really looking forward to starting another term already.

I’ve made a new layout for my personal site, if you haven’t seen it yet. It’s based on that cool final CSS project I did. I :redheart: it. I’m also in the process of totally re-doing my underwear fanlisting. I’m installing PHPfanbase and just going to start all over. I’m trying to make it so the members don’t have to re-join, but I don’t know how that’s going to go. I’m doing the “batchmembers” thing. We’ll see how it turns out.

BTW, my school just totally ripped me off. :rage: I worked for THREE WHOLE HOURS for them (1.5 hours per day, two days of work), and I just got my check in the mail today, and they say I only worked 2.5 hours! Thats… that’s a loss of the extra three dollars it would have taken to break $20. I totally could have gone to the bank tomorrow and gotten a nice, crisp $20 bill, but NOOO. Now I have to go and just DEPOSIT this stupid $17.63, an incredibly ugly and not-whole-number amount that is less than twenty dollars. I was one of the only student workers that knew what to do the whole time AND I managed to clear two entire classrooms all by myself. I have no idea where the hell anyone else was… In other classrooms I assume, but I tore down every single table and tablecloth in TWO WHOLE CLASSROOMS and put the chairs back where they were supposed to be, by myself. And then they shortchange me a half-an-hour’s pay.
