New Year’s Eve 2005

:note: the movie Finding Neverland

So, the last day of 2005 is upon us. Let’s re-cap the year:

January: Don’t even want to talk about January. Total suck.
February: probably uneventful; I can’t think of anything for February.
March: Spent Daniel’s birthday at home in our apartment.
April: Spent Callie’s birthday at Chuck E. Cheese and had lots of fun.
May: don’t remember much about May…
June: My birthday; Paul’s birthday; Keith graduates and I pretty much never see him anymore.
July: Summer break; I get a new swimsuit (bottoms: size M, top: size XXL).
August: Summer term speeds by.
September: Move into new apartment during finals week. WORST IDEA EVER.
October: Enjoy the new apartment; order Poof chair online.
November: Receive Poof chair; fall asleep on it all the time.
December: Have nervous breakdown over school; manage good grades anyway; Have five Christmases.

Other things of interest:
Daniel and I have been going out for over four and a half years, as of the 24th. I love you, Honey Baby Smoochy Lumpkins.
One year ago, I began reading JessicaRabbit’s site. I thought she was hilarious and I loved her writing style, and I’m happy to report that we’ve become good friends. Jess, thanks for all the advice, the late-night laughs and the boobies. So glad to have met you – maybe someday I’ll actually get to meet you in real life? Hermione can pull me around in a sled in the snow.
My plans for New Year’s are hopelessly boring – we’re going to finish the movie, I’ll call Daniel to wish him a Happy New Year, and then we’ll go to sleep.

Thank you all for all the comments and support and emails throughout this year. I appreciate them more than you might think. And a big thank you to everyone who reads this site but doesn’t comment – I know you’re there, I see you in my stats, and I appreciate that a ton. Thank you for listening. All of you.

With that said, here’s to 2006. I’m resolving to be healthier – eat smaller portion sizes, less sugar, less starchy carbohydrates, exercise more. We’ll see how long I can keep it up.

Goodnight, and Happy New Year!

Im sorry I didnt get to come see you earlier, I just got the last niece taken home today and it was my dads birthday.

But that is a very sweet post and you are a very sweet boob rocker who I am very very happy to know. And this summer we might be coming out to CA, so we totally would have to figure out a way to hook up. And Hermione will be with us.
