I hopped on the scale today and was pleased to discover I’m still at my pre-pregnancy weight, 15wks in. I’m sure this won’t last forever but I’ll take it while it’s happening! (My recommended weight gain is very little with this pregnancy, so I swear this isn’t unhealthy!)
I’m also not in maternity clothes yet. I think I started wearing them at 12wks last time! Granted, I almost exclusively wear dresses and leggings but I can still button and zip my regular pants. That said, I think their days are numbered and I’ll definitely have to pick up some belly-friendly dress pants for work pretty soon.
I can’t wait until I can feel the baby move regularly! I am almost certain I felt a big kick yesterday, but that’s sort of been it so far.
All told, things are going pretty well on the baby front! I’m less nauseated but not ravenous yet. I think I look rounder but not quite pregnant, so that’s awkward. At least I don’t have to deal with public transit woes this time! Ha!
