Monday’s Small Successes

At work, I refused a fudgey brownie even though it sounded delicious.

For lunch, I had a reasonably-sized smoked turkey and provolone sandwich and some carrots.

On the way home, I got off the streetcar a few stops early and walked the extra blocks home instead.

After dinner, I did a 30-minute workout video and only cheated a little bit.

Then, after the 30-minute workout, Daniel and I did a pilates video together.

Of course, I promptly fell asleep sitting on the floor and Daniel had to drag me to bed, but hey! Progress!
