You will totally not guess what I just did.
I actually put on running clothes, grabbed my iPod, and ran for fifteen minutes. It would have been longer, but I have this weird asthma-ish thing that happens when I exert myself, and when I could feel my chest start hurting a bit and could feel myself wheezing, I decided I should stop before I had a full-blown attack.
But! I actually went out and DID IT and even though my lungs still sort of ache, I am proud that I got off my ass and ran. It was a huge step for me. Yay!
