More Site Problems

:note: KMFDM – “Sex on the Flag”

Sorry about yesterday, I know my site was working at about 7:45pm, because both Daniel and I were browsing it at about that time and it was up. When I got home, it wouldn’t load or anything and I couldn’t access my journal or guestblock or ANYTHING.

I’m kind of wondering what else I’m going to tolerate from Cyberpixels before I decide to just move. I sent them an email about my dead WordPress database on April 4th, which is nearing two weeks ago. I still haven’t heard anything back from them. I received an auto-response (“We’ve received your help desk ticket and we will be with you as soon as possible, etc etc etc”) as soon as I sent it, but you’d think they’d have personally gotten back to me in TWO WEEKS. Good thing it isn’t urgent. I just wanted to know if they had backups of my database. If they don’t, they should just say so. I also wanted to know about my plan being changed, because they’re supposedly charging me $2 more a month, but I still have the same amount of disk space and bandwidth. I JUST WANT TO KNOW. I just want them to COMMUNICATE with me, and they won’t. And I don’t like that.

I have a confession to make. I’ve been visiting Zombie Flyboy’s site for quite some time now, and um, I only realized about two weeks ago that all the square pictures on the right were links. I always thought they were sort of weird, and I wondered why they were there, but for some reason it never dawned on me to try to click them. I just assumed they were decoration. I like how all the pictures have something to do with the person’s site, like mine is “Block City.” I’m just sorry I was so dense and didn’t realize it before.

I bought a used copy of Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind yesterday for $9.50. It’s super awesome. Daniel was laughing because a few days ago I told JessicaRabbit that I really wanted to buy it, and then lo and behold, I did. Strange how things work like that.

Daniel spilled a whole cup of water on his keyboard last week. It, um, doesn’t work. I gave him my old Dell one to use so he didn’t have to buy a new one. Poor lil’ keyboard.

Well, I must go, I’m going to go take a shower so we can do something today on Daniel’s day off.
